1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS RoboLabX provides the following T&C, which are subject to updates from time to time. By accessing and using RoboLabX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES RoboLabX offers robotics, coding, and STEM education programs. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance current services are subject to these T&C. Services are provided “AS-IS.” Classes may be delivered by independent third-party providers (schools/instructors) not under the direct control of RoboLabX; RoboLabX is not liable for claims arising from their actions.
3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS You agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain its accuracy. Failure to do so may result in account termination.
4. PRIVACY POLICY Your data is subject to RoboLabX’s Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
5. MEMBER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. RoboLabX is not liable for damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.
6. MEMBER CONDUCT You agree to use services lawfully. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of RoboLabX content is strictly prohibited.
7. PHOTO CLEARANCE By agreeing to "Photo Clearance," you consent to RoboLabX using photos of participants for marketing materials (leaflets, social media, website). Photos are stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES RoboLabX reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to RoboLabX's discretion. Non-refundable fees will be communicated at registration.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES RoboLabX provides services "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of services for a particular purpose and assume no liability for technical issues.
11. EQUIPMENT SAFETY AND LIABILITY RoboLabX provides various tools and electronic components (including but not limited to scissors, screwdrivers, Micro:bits, and battery packs) for educational purposes.

Supervision: During official sessions, equipment use is demonstrated and supervised by RoboLabX staff.

Take-Home Equipment: For any equipment purchased or taken home (including "Creator Kits"), the responsibility for safe use shifts entirely to the parent/guardian.

Misuse: RoboLabX is not liable for any injuries, accidental damage, or incidents resulting from the misuse of equipment, unsupervised use at home, or use of equipment for purposes other than the intended STEM activity.

Assumption of Risk: Parents/guardians acknowledge that hands-on building involves minor inherent risks and agree to supervise their children accordingly when using RoboLabX materials outside of the classroom.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY RoboLabX and its affiliates will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, including loss of data or unauthorized account access.
13. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify and hold RoboLabX harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of services, violations of these T&C, or third-party disputes.
14. TERMINATION RoboLabX may terminate your account without notice for T&C violations.
15. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS All materials provided are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS RoboLabX is not responsible for the content or policies of linked third-party websites.
17. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS Updated terms will be posted on the website; continued use of services signifies acceptance of changes.
