Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of RoboLabX services and materials. By accessing or using RoboLabX services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. RoboLabX reserves the right to update these T&C at any time without prior notice.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
RoboLabX provides the following T&C, which are subject to updates from time to time. By accessing and using RoboLabX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
RoboLabX offers robotics, coding, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education programs, including curriculum, assessments, and training for students. Services may also include activities, personalised content, and programming tools available through RoboLabX’s website and affiliated partners.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or augment current RoboLabX services are subject to these T&C. Services are provided “AS-IS,” and RoboLabX assumes no responsibility for delays, interruptions, or errors in service delivery.

Classes and courses may be delivered by independent third-party providers such as schools, individual instructors, or retail locations, which are not under the direct control of RoboLabX. RoboLabX is not responsible for the actions of these third parties and will not be held liable for any claims or disputes arising from their actions.

3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
To access RoboLabX services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information.

  • Maintain and promptly update your information to ensure its accuracy.

  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

4. PRIVACY POLICY
Your registration data and any other information collected are subject to RoboLabX’s Privacy Policy. By using RoboLabX services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

5. MEMBER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You agree to notify RoboLabX immediately in case of unauthorized access or other security breaches. RoboLabX is not liable for any damages resulting from your failure to secure your account.

 

6. MEMBER CONDUCT
You agree to use RoboLabX services in a lawful manner and refrain from attempting to bypass any security measures or usage restrictions associated with RoboLabX programs and materials. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public exhibition of RoboLabX content is strictly prohibited.

 

7. PHOTO CLEARANCE
By agreeing to "Photo Clearance," you consent to allow RoboLabX to take and use photos of participants during classes. These photos may be used in RoboLabX materials such as leaflets, brochures, social media and the official website.

Use of Photos: Photos will only be used by RoboLabX and will not be shared with third parties.
Storage: All photos will be securely stored in a database.


Privacy: No photos will be left on personal devices after being uploaded to secure cloud storage.
If you have concerns regarding the use of photographs, please contact RoboLabX before the start of the program.

 

8. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
RoboLabX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at any time, with or without prior notice. RoboLabX will not be liable for any modifications or discontinuation of services.

 

9. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for missed classes, dissatisfaction with services, or cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to RoboLabX's discretion. Any non-refundable fees will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
RoboLabX provides services "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." RoboLabX makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of its services for any particular purpose.

RoboLabX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
RoboLabX assumes no liability for technical issues, missed classes, or dissatisfaction with services.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RoboLabX and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of RoboLabX services, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data.

  • Disruptions in service.

  • Unauthorised access to accounts.

 

12. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold RoboLabX, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of RoboLabX services.
Violations of these T&C.
Third-party disputes related to your use of services.

 

13. TERMINATION
RoboLabX reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if there is a violation of these T&C. Upon termination, your access to RoboLabX services will cease immediately, and all related data may be deleted.

 

14. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All materials, content, and software provided by RoboLabX are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RoboLabX content without explicit permission.

 

15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
RoboLabX services may include links to third-party websites. RoboLabX is not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites. Any interaction with third-party websites is at your own risk.

 

16. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
RoboLabX reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the RoboLabX website, and your continued use of services will signify your acceptance of the changes.
