Pick-Up Procedures – Please Read Carefully

To help ensure a safe and smooth collection process at the end of each RobolabX session, we kindly ask all parents and carers to follow the procedures below:

🕒Pick-Up Time & Location

• The collection will take place at 5 mins after the class club finishes from the usual pick-up location.

• Please arrive promptly to collect your child on time.

👥 Who Can Collect Your Child?

• Only parents, guardians, or authorised adults will be allowed to collect children.

• If someone other than the usual parent/guardian will be collecting your child, please inform us in advance with their full name and relationship to the child.
