Inspiring Young Minds Through Robotics & Coding

RobolabX currently runs robotics and coding clubs in 15 schools across Surrey and the London area — and we’re expanding fast. With a focus on high-quality, practical STEM education, we’re proud to have already reached over 1,000 students through our inspiring after-school programmes.

Our After-School Robotics Club brings hands-on STEM learning directly into schools. Each week, children design, build, code, and problem-solve through exciting real-world projects — helping them grow as confident young creators.

Club Format

Our clubs are designed to help children build strong foundations in coding and robotics through fun, practical, and progressive learning.

  • Weekly, term-time sessions

  • 1-hour lessons (or based on school timetable)

  • Hands-on robotics & coding projects every week

  • Suitable for ages 5-14

Each session combines step-by-step learning with creative challenges, allowing children to code, build, test and improve their robotic creations.

What Children Learn

Each term, children explore a set of core technology topics that help them develop real-world skills:

  • Coding Fundamentals
Sequencing, logic, algorithms and structured thinking.

  • Robotics & Automation
Understanding how robots move, respond and follow coded instructions.

  • Sensors & Interaction
Using motors, LEDs and sensors to create interactive builds.

  • Digital Design & Creativity
Planning ideas, designing solutions and turning concepts into real projects.

  • AI & Smart Technology (Introductory)
Age-appropriate exploration of how modern smart technology makes decisions.

Our rotating topics ensure every child experiences variety, challenge and continuous progress.

How to Join

Most after-school robotics clubs have a school-specific booking link.

If your child’s school already partners with RobolabX:

  • Contact the school office for the booking link, or

  • Email info@robolabx.com, and we will send you the correct sign-up page.

If your school does not yet offer our club, we’d be happy to speak with them.

Referral Programme  - Bring RobolabX to Your School

If you would like your child’s school to offer robotics and coding with RobolabX, you can refer us.

When the school joins our programme:

  • Your child gains access to a club at their own school

  • Parents may receive a thank-you reward (e.g. free session, discount or referral gift)

  • The school gains a high-quality, modern STEM enrichment programme

To refer a school, simply email info@robolabx.com.
